Joining Windward in 2000, Mafa Amr has more than 10 years of rapidly progressive IT industry experience framing and developing complete IT infrastructure solutions for financial and communications service providers. Driving this experience has been a natural total cost of ownership focus and a determination to understand client issues that has helped him match the right technology to the increasingly complex IT service issues customers are encountering.

Mafa has been a major factor in establishing the intense customer loyalty that Windward now enjoys. Prior to joining Windward, he held technology consulting, strategic management consulting, and systems integration positions with Predictive Systems and Booz Allen Hamilton. Focusing on IT operations management, these experiences provided Mafa with a deep knowledge of commercial operational support systems, process improvement initiatives and IT infrastructure management system solutions.
