Bob Shipman

Vice President, Service Delivery

Joining the leadership team in 2003, Bob directs the daily operations of Windward's service delivery organization. Accountable for the quality of Windward's professional services and deliverables, Bob also plays a key role in the execution of Windward's strategic initiatives.

Bob has nearly 20 years experience in technology consulting, strategic management consulting, and systems integration, holding leadership positions in several well-respected firms. These experiences have provided Bob with direct insight into operational support systems (OSS), operations management processes, software solutions and organizational structures. Bob's experience includes successfully managing one of the largest telecommunication service provider engagements in the United States with Predictive Systems.

Bob has earned a Master's degree in geographic information systems as well as a Bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Georgia.
