Windward Consulting Group Offers Voice Over IP (VoIP) Management Service

Herndon, Va. - November 8, 2004 - Windward Consulting Group, the premier operational management consulting and systems engineering firm, today announced the availability of its comprehensive VoIP management service. The new solution develops integrated Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS) to manage the performance and quality of customers VoIP service.

With the growing complexity of VoIP services and their dependencies on a variety of network components, Windward works with customers to develop integrated OSS and BSS that can manage these network complexities to provide customers with complete visibility into all of the components which make up these services.
